We’re good communicators, technology-savvy, and great multitaskers. Admin Ops Executive Assistants can draft and send both internal and external communications, including accurate preparation, writing, proofreading, and distribution of any business correspondence.

Meeting and Event Planning

We’re ready to organize all types of meetings, including executive team meetings, board meetings, c-level meetings, client meetings, and customer-focused events. We pay strict attention to details, find times that work for all parties, prepare you for the meeting, and send out recaps, next steps, and action items to all attendees.

Travel Coordination

We book travel for you including flights, transportation, and lodging, and provide detailed travel itineraries so you’ll know where and when to be at any time during your trip. And, of course, we’re standing by to solve problems should any issues arise.
